Operations Team

This team works with the families, case managers, and facilities to plan and coordinate every aspect of patient transport, so that you don’t have as much stress to handle.

Medical Team

This team will review all requested medical information prior to a transport to confirm the patients needs and make sure the proper nurse is assigned to the transport.

Drivers

On every transport, we provide two drivers who switch off during the transport. Our MED Coach drivers have many years and miles of experience driving big vehicles in all conditions. They have commercial drivers licenses, and have been selected because of the good background checks and driving records. What really sets them apart, however, is their desire to truly help and provide a great transport experience for our clients.

Nurses

During the transport, an experienced, compassionate nurse cares for the patient. We only hire licensed nurses (RN or LPN) with many years of recent hands on experience with patients. We have nurses on our team who have extensive experience in specific areas of care, like dementia, Alzheimers, tracheotomies, wound care, feeding tubes, behavioral issues, hospice care, long term care, private home care, and many other areas. This diversity of experience among our team allows us to assign a nurse who will be the best fit for to unique needs of each patient.

Professional Care Team & Amazing Vehicle

A three member team provides your medical transportation on a MED Coach. This team consists of 2 professional drivers plus a licensed RN or LPN nurse. Two drivers ensures a higher level of safety and allows for non-stop travel to your destination. All nurses have at least 5 years experience providing compassionate care. The nurse is at the bedside throughout the transport caring for your needs.

The MED Coach is fully self-contained with air conditioning and heating, refrigerator, microwave, private bathroom, and a hospital-type bed, a second bed, leather recliner with footrest, WiFi, tablet filled with games and movies, all needed medical supplies and more!
